Manchester City Football Club invested over £200m in players, which led to them winning the 2011-12 Premier League Championship. As part of this initial investment and the desire to maintain the club’s success, the club created plans to build a state of the art training centre in the same vicinity as the Etihad Stadium. Part of these plans included a 7,500 seater stadium which would regularly hold games such as the youth development teams and the newly formed Manchester City Women. F3 was tasked with the development of the catering facilities.
- Installation of four fixed public concessions with the capability to cook hot dogs and pies, produce hot drinks and serve cold drinks. In addition to the fixed outlets, temporary hot dog and beverage carts were brought to the venue to meet demand during high profile events, such as England Ladies versus China Ladies in a warm-up match prior to the World Cup.
- Staging of various hospitality events for the FA, such as England Ladies, to cater for high profile guests from across the football industry.
